Joining via Zoom:
You can join a meeting before the scheduled time, however you may need to wait in the ‘waiting room’ until I let you in.
I will log in at the exact time of the scheduled session, and will wait no longer than 5 mins for participants to join. After that, it is up to my discretion when I admit you to the session (based on factors such as time, accessibility, flow, pause between exercises etc)
If you have problems signing in / joining, please send a message asap to the FB group and I’ll see if I can help you at all.
If there is time at the end of the session, please feel free to ask questions, however if we run short on time, I am happy for you to contact me afterwards.
Online, live group classes are fun, but to really get to know yourself and what your needs are, booking a private session with me is a great option. Get in touch as I have different options/packages to offer.
